{ GENERAL INFO }

  • Contact Olivia to discuss a design, request a quote, book a consultation & tasting, or to reserve a date.   order@oliviascakes.com

 

  • I try not to copy cake designs but will take inspiration from a cake you might have seen and liked in order to design a cake to suite. I will kindly refer you to Goodies Cookies for a cake order which is copying another's work as I specialize in custom designs.

  • Pricing: The serving size, design complexity, and delivery cost will determine the price of a cake. Please contact Olivia for an estimate. Price Quotes are not final until the design has been approved and confirmed by email. Placing an order requires a half down payment, see BOOKING.

 

  • All quotes include fondant, a custom matching cake board, and standard fillings unless stated otherwise. Delivery is a separate charge and may be required depending on the size of the cake.

 

  • Guarantee : I will provide a top quality cake for your party or event. This means NO "leaning tower of cake", lumpy bumpy nonsense, or a dry crumbly cake. I like to think of each cake as my personal artist's canvas. I will be sure to deliver a stunning, fabulous cake with smooth professional frosting, delicious and moist cake, with no leaning involved, which will be the centerpiece of any occasion.

{ BOOKING }

  • A half down deposit is required to book your order. All down payments are non-refundable . Please book your order at least 2 weeks or more in advance.

  • If you would like to reserve a date but do not yet have a design in mind, a minimum of $50 is required to guarantee a spot. Design and booking information must be confirmed 2 weeks before your event date.

 

   Weddings

  • Please book your wedding cake at least 3 months in advance to allow for a tasting and design consultation and any other necessary planning. 

 

  • A minimum of  half-down is required at booking and full payment is due one week before the wedding.

 

  • If you would like to reserve a date but do not yet have a design in mind, a minimum of $100 is required to guarantee a spot. Design and booking information must be confirmed one month before your wedding date with a half-down payment including the original $100.

{ TASTINGS & CONSULTATIONS }

  • A one-time complimentary tasting is reserved for weddings and events larger than 100 persons. Please contact Olivia's Cake's to book a consultation date. 

 

  • Up to four persons are allowed at a consultation, no children please.

 

  • Please email a list of 4 cake flavors and a variety of filling flavors that you would like to taste. Please also include any food allergies.  MENU

 

  • Please prepare a portfolio of design ideas including invites, color swatches, and pictures to bring to your tasting and design consultation.

 

  • ​Consultations are not required but are recommended for larger and more elaborate cakes.

 

  • The consultation appointment may last up to 3o minutes or less.

 

  • Consultation Days: Tuesdays,Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:00am to 4:30pm

 

  • Please, no children present at the consultation.

 

{ DELIVERY POLICY  }

  • Cakes three or more tiers require delivery. 

 

  • Olivia's Cakes will deliver to Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, Fresno, and other surrounding areas.

  • Olivia's Cakes has a 1 and a half hour delivery limit to your venue.

 

  • Please email Olivia's Cakes to request a delivery quote.

 

  • Price is based on milage there and back and set-up required.

 

{ PICK-UP POLICY }

  • Pick up is available at Goodies Cookies in Visalia. The bakery is located in the Mary's Vinyard shopping center on Ben Maddox and Noble. 

 

  • Please make sure to request a time for your cake to be picked up to be sure it is ready for you when you arrive.

 

  • Olivia's Cakes is not responsible for any damages to any cake or other type of order after it has left the bakery. After pick-up the cake is the clients responsibility. Delivery is available at an extra cost if pick-up is an inconvenience.

 

{ CANCELLATION POLICY }

  • Cancellation:  If an order must be cancelled, notification must be one week or more in advance or all monies are forfeit. 

 

  • Half down payments are non-refundable and may not be issued as credit due to business inconveniences.
