 Olivia's Cakes provides high-quality, custom cakes and specialty desserts to Visalia and surrounding areas. Beginning in 2009, Olivia has created custom cakes for hundreds of clients making sure each cake was personalized to suit their unique recipient or event.   Since each cake is custom designed and space is limited, cakes must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance, but be advised that availibility is limited and some clients book as much as 6 months in advance.

Hello! Thanks for visiting my website. Here are some fun facts about myself and my caking journey...

 

I first was introduced to cake decorating in Home Economics class my senior year of highschool. I began making cakes at home for my family. They started to get more and more detailed and soon the word got out that I wasn't half bad! By word of mouth, I began receiving orders for cakes, meanwhile I was attending college and playing on the college tennis team. I was a very busy girl. I soon began to realize I loved to bake alongside decorating cakes, so I decided to go to culinary school. I finished with an Art Degree at college and then enrolled at the Institute of Technology were I studied and practiced baking and recieved a Baking and Pastry Specialist certificate.

 

I now exclusively make cakes and pastries at Goodies Cookies bakery in Visalia. One day I hope to run my own bakery, so every client I receive is one more step toward that dream.
